Willow TV:
I signed up to Willow earlier this month and have already canceled. I did not realize that the World Cup was only to be shown on Sling TV. I received an access code for Sling from Willow, but Sling also wanted credit card details, and because I started the process using my Opera browser (not supported by Sling), when I retried using my Edge browser I was told that the code was already used.
Willow’s customer support is absolutely useless. Replies seemed auto generated and there is no option to cancel on their website, My credit card company has blocked them as they seem to have a history of continuing to charge after attempts to cancel.
Such a shame as I was looking forward to using the service now I’m retired.
